Shop terms
Effective from 25 October 2026.
These terms set out the rules for selling products in the Leira Studio online shop. The rest of the website is covered by the separate website terms, and data processing by the privacy policy.
1. Seller
The seller is Ariel Janiuk, prowadzący działalność gospodarczą pod marką Leira Studio. Address: Kraczewice Prywatne 50, 24-320 Kraczewice Prywatne, Polska Tax ID (NIP): 9462497979, REGON: 388060398 Contact: contact.leirastudio@gmail.com The seller is an active VAT payer.
2. Scope and definitions
These terms apply to distance sales contracts concluded through the shop. A consumer is a natural person buying for purposes unrelated to their business. Consumer rights (including the right of withdrawal and complaints) also apply to a sole trader when the purchase is not of a professional nature for them (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
3. Products
Products (clothes and gadgets with the Leira Studio logo and Infinity Kick characters) are printed on demand by an external production partner and shipped directly to you in neutral packaging marked Leira Studio. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real ones. Size charts and material details are on each product page.
4. Ordering and the contract
To order, add products to the cart, enter your email and shipping address, accept these terms and click “Order with obligation to pay”. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. After the purchase you get a link to a page showing the current order status. No account is needed.
5. Prices and payments
Prices are gross prices in Polish złoty (VAT included). The delivery cost is shown in the cart and at checkout before you order. Payments are handled by Stripe (card, BLIK, Przelewy24, Apple Pay, Google Pay — depending on availability). The order goes into production only after the payment is confirmed. We issue a VAT invoice on request sent to contact.leirastudio@gmail.com.
6. Delivery
For now we ship only to addresses in Poland. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, then a carrier delivers the parcel; the total estimated time is shown at checkout. The parcel may be sent from a production facility in another EU country. If a parcel arrives damaged, take photos and write to us — we will help.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you received the product (for several parcels — the last one). Just send a statement before the deadline, e.g. by email to contact.leirastudio@gmail.com; you can use the model form below. Send the product back within 14 days of withdrawing, to the address we give in our reply (you pay the return shipping). We refund all payments, including the cheapest delivery option we offer, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it was sent back. You are liable for any loss of value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature and features.
8. Complaints
We are responsible for the product being as described in the contract (statutory warranty — 2 years from delivery). Send complaints to contact.leirastudio@gmail.com with the order number, a description and, ideally, photos. We reply within 14 days. If the product is faulty you can ask for repair or replacement and, where the law allows, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. Misprints and damage are usually solved by sending a new product.
9. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers may get help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the regional Trade Inspection office or consumer organisations. Information (in Polish): prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl.
10. Personal data
We process order data (name, address, email, phone) to perform the contract and meet accounting obligations. For this we share it with the payment operator (Stripe), the production partner and the carrier. Details and your rights are described in the privacy policy.
11. Final provisions
Contracts are concluded in Polish and governed by Polish law; this does not deprive consumers of the protection given by mandatory laws of their country of residence. Changes to these terms do not affect orders placed before they take effect. Language versions other than Polish are for information.
